Do Braxton Hicks Contractions mean I am closer to labor?
Braxton Hicks contractions mean that your uterus is rehearsing for labor. But they aren't labor contractions. Labor contractions establish a pattern and they cannot be manipulated. Braxton Hicks contractions go away when they are manipulated. There are many ways to to accomplish this and they are very easy. Prenatal classes often cover this area.
